1. Free Cancellation
Customers may cancel their orders within 24 hours of placing the order at no additional cost, provided the order has not been processed for dispatch. This does not apply to express or priority shipping orders.
2.Exchange Option
Customers may request an exchange instead of cancellation, subject to product availability and provided the order has not been dispatched.
3.Non-Cancellable Items
The following items are not eligible for cancellation once the order has been confirmed:
- Customized or personalized products
- Products made to order
- Items specially prepared or formulated upon customer request
- Products marked as non-cancellable at the time of purchase.
4. Return Policy
Customers may request a return within 15 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The product must be returned along with all original labels, invoices, and accessories.
- Products that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved by Earthara.
