These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Earthara website (shopearthara.com), mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”), operated by Earthara (“Earthara”, “we”, “us”,or “our”). Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which Earthara may accept or decline at its discretion. An order is confirmed only upon receipt of an orderconfirmation email. We accept payments through approved third-party payment gateways and are not responsible for issues arising from such gateways. You agree to provide valid and authorised payment information.

Earthara strives to ensure that all product descriptions, images, ingredients, and information displayed on the Platform are accurate. However:

• Product information is provided for informational purposes only.
• Earthara products are Ayurvedic, herbal, and nutraceutical wellness products intended to support general health and wellbeing. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
• Our products are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• Products are manufactured and marketed in compliance with applicable FSSAI and AYUSH regulations, as relevant to each product category.

By submitting reviews, comments, images, or other content to thePlatform, you grant Earthara a non exclusive,royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, and display such content for marketing and operational purposes. You are solely responsible for the content you submit and confirm that it does not infringe the rights of any third party. We reserve the right to remove content that is unlawful, misleading, or inappropriate.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not operated by Earthara. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or policies of such third parties, and access to them is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Earthara shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from:

•  Product usage;
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, good will;

•  Unauthorised access to user information.

Earthara's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the
relevant order.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Earthara, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Platform, or your violation of any law or
third-party right.

We reserve ther ight to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful to Earthara, its users, or its operations.

Earthara may update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
